Borrowed Days
A downloadable game for Windows and Linux
Four days to raise an army. The altar will sell you a fifth — the price is one of your own.
An evil god is marching on your village. You have four days to gather enough soldiers to stop him, and four days probably isn't enough. The altar will sell you more time, but it only accepts one currency: a life. Every extra day costs you a soldier you would have fought beside. Buy the time. Pay the price. See if what's left of your army is enough.

Dev Notes: I really liked this year's theme and had big plans for it. Then I lost track of time and had to cut things to get something playable in. What's here is the core idea, the sacrifice loop, without most of the stuff I'd built around it.
Might come back to it after the jam.
